Motherly worries

It’s possible to go to bed at 4 a.m. and not feel tired when the alarm clock yells at your brain only 3 hours later, if the evening and night were fun, pleasant, fully enjoyed.
It is impossible though to feel cheerful and well rested if you go to bed at 10 in the evening when your child is running a fever, regardless of when you wake up. As you are trapped in a physical and psychological watch mode, you do not rest, you do not relax until your baby, your unique human treasure, is safe, healthy and smiling again.
